It is now possible to use a single threaded insert for various substrates with our new TSM screw insert for concrete!

This self-tapping metal insert with a countersunk head and Torx drive can cut its own thread in the pre-drilled hole thanks to its special external thread, creating a strong and wear-resistant internal thread in M6 to M10. These inserts are made of galvanized hardened steel for use in interior construction, such as fastening ceiling suspensions, cable trays, cable clamps, pipes, ventilation ducts, drywall, and more.

Screw insert for concrete?

The TSM threaded insert is approved with ETA-23/0542 for use in concrete and is also suitable for masonry and aerated concrete. It offers high load values for applications without exposure to fire.

Thanks to the simple and safe installation with an impact driver, the work is fast and efficient, especially for overhead applications. The special thread geometry ensures a strong anchoring and high loads in concrete. The insert is installed flush with the surface, providing a clean finish without protruding elements.

Additionally, the TSM concrete insert allows installation close to edges and with small spacings. The versatility of the insert is demonstrated by its wide range of applications, thanks to the practical internal thread. If necessary, the insert can be quickly and easily dismounted. For impact-sensitive applications, the use of an appropriate adhesive is recommended.
