Is this your first order with Juno Industries? We keep it simple.
There is no long registration or approval procedure. We first determine exactly what you need and help you select the right product for your application.
1. We determine the right product together
Send us your inquiry or give us a call and tell us for what you intend to use the threaded insert.
Based on your application and technical requirements, we determine which product is best suited to your needs. If this cannot be established with certainty, we can first send you a free sample so you can test the product.
This helps prevent you from ordering a product that later proves unsuitable for your application.
2. You receive our price and lead time
Once the right product has been determined, we provide our price. We also confirm the lead time based on the product and the quantity required.
This means you know the cost and availability before placing your order.
3. You provide your company details
Happy with our proposal? For a first order, we only need a few company details:
- company name and billing address;
- delivery address;
- valid VAT number.
There is no long administrative registration procedure.
4. You receive a proforma invoice
For a first order, we require payment in advance. Once we have received your company details, we send you a pro forma invoice showing the agreed products, quantities and prices.
5. After payment, we prepare your order
As soon as we receive the proof of payment, we confirm the order and lead time and prepare the goods for shipment.
Products that are in stock are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
You will receive the necessary information as soon as your order is dispatched.
What about your next orders?
Advance payment only applies to your first order. Once you are a Juno Industries customer, subsequent orders can be invoiced with net 30-day payment terms.
