Our waterproof closed cylindrical countersunk-head rivet nut, model Deform-Nut® 9205-X.W IP68, is made from stainless steel 303, without knurling, and provides a strong internal thread from M5 up to M8 for sheet thicknesses of 1,6 mm to 6.5 mm.
Thanks to its sealed design, this rivet nut ensures a waterproof, corrosion-resistant threaded fixing — even when installed blind on composites, thin metal sheets, tubes or profiles. This makes it particularly suitable for demanding industrial, marine, transport or outdoor applications where reliability and protection against moisture or harsh environments are essential.

Attention: EPDM is not recommended for use with gasoline, petroleum products, or hydrocarbon environments.
