Two-component methacrylate adhesive suitable for bonding fibre-reinforced composites in carbon and metals.
Specific product for permanent bonding of metals with no use of primer, highly qualified. We recommend to use a mixing dispenser gun 10:1 for 2 component adhesives 50ml.

MK 30-05
Methyl-methacrylate → best balance between Tenacity and Torsion | mix ratio 10:1 by volume
Doesn’t need of contaminating actions for surface abrasion → generally only blowing is required on the composite
Large functional gap-fill ≈ 1 mm ÷ 10 mm
Medium workability time (open-time) → fixing (fix-time) ≈ 15 ÷ 25 minutes
Quite flexible → maximum elongation strength ≈ 80 ÷ 100%
High tensile strength → 19 ÷ 23 MPa. The tearing of the glass and/or carbon fibres occurs before the maximum value is reached
Easy pre-dosed usage → through 490 ML bi-cartridges | 19 LT | 189 LT drums
High resistance to severe aging cycles → Temperature | Humidity | Salinity

How strong is the bond?
Strength depends on the adhesive, the substrate, surface preparation, and bonding area. Correct surface prep is essential and testing is advized. The factory can test if samples are provided in Italy.
Can they handle vibrations?
With the right adhesive applied in the rigth circumstances, bonded fasteners can perform well under vibration loads.
Which adhesives are recommended?
