Deform-Nut® TC/INT
The Deform-Nut® TC/INT is a specially designed blind rivet nut for thin and soft sheet materials with a thickness between 0.5 and 12.5 mm.
Thanks to its wide flange and long shank, the nut is riveted over a large surface area, preventing deformation or crushing of soft materials such as plastic or thin metal sheets.
Description
Why choose this blind rivet nut?
-
High pull-out and torque resistance due to its large contact surface.
-
Blind installation – only one-side access is required, ideal for tubes, profiles or assemblies with limited accessibility.
-
Perfect for soft or thin materials, offering a wide grip range and solid anchoring.
-
Available thread sizes: M5, M6 and M8 in white zinc-plated steel.
-
Free sample available – recommended for testing before serial production.
Technical specifications
-
Thread sizes: M5, M6, M8
-
Grip range: approx. 0.5–12.5 mm (depending on variant)
-
Head type: wide flat flange for better load distribution
-
Material: standard white zinc-plated steel (other versions available on request)
-
Installation method: riveted using a manual, battery or pneumatic rivet nut tool — suitable for one-side mounting.
Installation instructions
-
Drill a hole according to the diameter specified in the technical datasheet.
-
Insert the Deform-Nut® TC/INT into the hole so that the flange rests flush on the surface.
-
Use an appropriate rivet nut tool or setting gun to pull the internal thread back relative to the flange until the shank is properly deformed.

Unscrew the mandrel and check the fixing — the result should be tight and flush.
-
For best results, test the installation using a free sample before large-scale use.
