Do you need adhesive or undercut drilling?
No — the Keep-Nut only requires a standard cylindrical hole; no undercut drilling or adhesive is needed.
How is the Keep-Nut installed?
Steps: drill the hole according to the specifications (diameter + depth), check the dimensions using a Go/No-Go gauge, screw the insert onto the PKN tool, hammer it into the hole, and then unscrew the PKN tool — the insert is now ready for use.

Examples include granite, marble, travertine, fiber cement, HPL, solid surface, tempered glass, and composite panels. In some fiber cement boards, the insert can also be used, but testing is recommended first.
What is the Keep-Nut® insert?
It is a press-in threaded insert that creates a permanent internal stainless steel thread in panels made of natural stone, composite, HPL, glass, and other solid-surface materials — requiring only a standard cylindrical hole.
